Credentials

The WELL-EQUIPPED COACH credential provides
proof of the rigor required forachievement and
prepares the graduatesfor the ICF credentialing
process.
The ICF ACC credential is the next step for
each graduate.

Personal Development Assessments

EQ Profile
The EQ Profile reveals your blind spots and gives you the gift
of conscious choice in how you show up in life. The assessment
measures self-awareness, selfregulation, and empathy.
Pre/Post Program Leadership 360
Participants will have others provide insight on how consistent
the competencies of the program are being demonstrated
both before and after the program.

Post Program Support
